professional process inviting balance and transformation.
Participants will leave the session understanding their own personal
stress styles and exactly what they can do to stay balanced longer
and recover it more quickly when they lose it. Participants will
also learn how to identify stress styles in others and exactly what
to do to invite them back into balance. They will understand how to
