Russ
Kaufmann,
Microsoft MVP, MCT, MCSE, MCSE+I, MCSE:Security, MCSE:Messaging,
CTT+, CCNA
Russ is a
consultant, speaker, trainer, technical editor, and author. He has been working
as a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1996. He has been recognized by Microsoft
as an MVP in Windows Clustering; Russ is one of six people in the world to
receive this distinction.
Russ has 20 years of
experience working as a consultant and a trainer in IT. During these 20 years,
Russ has worked on several high level projects for enterprise level
organizations around the world and has been a speaker at MCTCon and TechMentor
and has worked as a proctor at TechEd and the Microsoft Exchange Conference.
Russ has worked as a co-author on two security books, a book on IIS 6.0, and a
book on Microsoft Operations Manager 2005. He has also worked on Microsoft
Official Curriculum as a subject matter expert and author. Russ has also been a
source of information in many articles written by other authors and has been
quoted in the industry press on many different topics regarding IT.
Christopher O'Reilly,

Chris blends 27 years of
Information Technology (IT) experience in consulting and training with industry
standard technical certifications to tackle any IT related project. Chris has
worked at all levels of IT from support, implementation, design, development,
project management, and strategic planning.
Mr. O’Reilly specializes in
strategic management, designing and deploying information architectures and
project management. Over the last several years, Chris has been focused on
messaging and Internet applications as well as computer and network security.
Chris graduated with a BS
in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Bonaventure University. In 1992,
he graduated from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University earning a Masters of Management, with majors in Marketing, Management
and Strategy. He is an adjunct professor at University of Phoenix, specializing
in E-business and project management courses.
Art
CainMCT,
MCDBA
Art has
over 20 years experience in application development and database design,
specializing in Internet development using Microsoft
development tools including ASP, Visual Basic, SQL
Server, Commerce Server, FrontPage, Visual InterDev and
Expression Web. Mr.
Cain also has extensive experience with Novell and Microsoft network
installation, administration and troubleshooting.
He holds the
Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and Microsoft Certified Trainer
Certifications. Art graduated
with a BS degree from DePaul University's College of Commerce.
Ryan Boswell

Ryan is trainer and
consultant working for AmeriTeach in Greenwood Village, Colorado. He has been
working as a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1998.
His
Certifications include: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator for Windows
2000; Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator for Windows Server 2003;
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security; Microsoft Certified Systems

Robert
Davis-Mayo
For over 20 years
Bob has helped organizations achieve their mission through
Organizational & Human Development. He knows how to bring out the best
in an organization, its people and processes. Bob has been there. He
has run two companies, two non-profits, been Director of Project
Management for a software development company, served on a senior
management team of a national technology/finance company, held senior
level responsibilities in a Fortune 500 company, and helped dozens of
companies reach their goals.
Bob holds 3 Masters degrees
in areas of human thought and behavior in addition to his B.A., and has
significant international experience.
Chris
Randall

MCDBA,
MCITP, CTT+, ACE, ACI
In his 17 years in
IT, Chris Randall has been a trainer, a developer, a database
administrator, a courseware author and a consultant. He has worked with
and trained customers in the US, Canada, Bermuda and Australia, recently
settling down as Senior Trainer for Ameriteach. Chris focuses on SQL
Server development and administration, including Microsoft's Business
Intelligence toolset. Chris has spoken at several industry conferences,
including SQL PASS and MCTCon.
Certified in various
Microsoft products since 1993, Chris current holds the following industry
certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT); Microsoft Certified Database
Administrator; Microsoft Certified IT Pro: Database Administrator;
Microsoft Certified IT Pro: Database Developer; CompTia Certified Technical

Instructor
A graduate of Princeton
University, Chris lives in Colorado's Front Range with his family, pets,
computers and guitars.
